Sandra Aldana is an educational consultant and disability advocate. She held a variety of education al positions including an instructor of advanced Spanish grammar and beginning literature, a graduate teaching and research assistant, and a consultant and facilitator at the ALS Association’s Kern County Patient and Caregiver Support Group.


She was appointed to the State Council on Developmental Disabilities in 2015

Ms. Aldana earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in education from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters of Public Health degree in Health Education from California State University Northridge.
