Navigating Sexual Abuse: A Manual for Family Advocates of People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, is a comprehensive guide designed to educate and empower families in preventing, identifying, and responding to sexual abuse involving loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).  Our purpose is to equip families with knowledge and tools to recognize, respond to, and document abuse, as well as empower families to advocate for systemic change so that survivors with IDD can achieve justice and healing while preventing future abuse.
